Mechatronic Solutions has nearly 30 years of developing automation solutions for our clients. In this time, we’ve come a very long way and evolved our style of business.
Back in 1988, we made machines to match the client’s specification. It was a simple concept which worked well – just building great automation and delivering to order.
Then came Kaizen, a way of working which revolutionised the development process.
Kaizen is a specific methodology based on the Japanese word kaizen, which means “change for better”. Kaizen is a lean manufacturing tool that improves processes and products, quality, productivity, safety and workplace culture; by focusing on small, daily changes that result in significant improvements over time. Kaizen drives continuous improvement.
